...Yes I spelled it right on the first try! 
This is Bioluminescence, my Maraquan Buzz on Neo!
He's all glowy and stuff. Heh.
I think I kinda overdid the glow.
Oh well.
About him: Not much of a story developed so far...But a couple things about him are...He doesn't talk. He can, but he chooses not to. Instead, like in those old Wile E. Coyote cartoons, he uses signs to talk. He sometimes uses a miniature whiteboard and pen to do so, too. He mostly communicates with various facial expressions.
He does make sounds, just not words. Yes, he will scream if you bite him. But please don't, he has a huge fear of being eaten. D:
And a huge fear of butter.
Bio also has a Maraquan Grackle Bug petpet amed Camarón (heh...it's Spanish for "Shrimp"). Strangely enough, Cam can talk, and does talk. A lot of times on Bio's behalf. It is believed that they have a telekinetic connection, but that has not been proven. Maybe they just spend too much time together...
And well, that's about it so far!
